Lakeside Place

Lakeside Place, a registered landmark on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, is nestled in Cleveland’s historic Warehouse District. Once a garment factory, this building has been transformed into a lively hub for retail and office space, all while honoring its historical roots. Larsen collaborated closely with the building's owners to develop modern office environments that pay homage to its industrial past. By revealing the original structure and skillfully blending contemporary design elements, we created a space that merges the charm of history with the practicality needed for today’s businesses. This project highlights our dedication to preserving Cleveland’s architectural heritage while stimulating growth in the Warehouse District.
